Throughout
his career, Heribert and his team have made seminal contributions to
understanding signal transduction pathways and the molecular mechanisms
that govern plant–microbe
interactions. More recently, his research has shifted toward
identifying and harnessing how beneficial microbes support plant growth
under increasing environmental challenges. Below are some of his
