Training and futher Education

Employee appraisals are held regularly in the science-supporting field on the subject of career planning. Information on further training programs is made available to all employees. Of course, further education and training events can be selected on the employee's own initiative.  

In-house seminars for a larger circle of participants have become more attractive in recent years. In the scientific field, the possibility of participating in conferences, meetings and workshops is one of the basic methods of further qualification, networking and knowledge growth. In order to open up additional career perspectives, further training programmes offered by the state of Saxony-Anhalt or private providers can also be used. The MLU's internal training programmes are also open to all IPB employees.
