Beginning of 2025 th einstrument is replaced woth a Avance Neo 700 MHz NMR spectrometer equipped with a He-cooled 5mm TCI and a 1.7mm MicroCryoProbe to further strengthen the ability to analyze low concentrated compounds which are from special interest of other groups from the institut.

 

Bruker Avance Neo 500 NMR spektrometer

Bruker Avance Neo 500 NMR spectrometer using a 5 mm prodigy BBO probe is equipped with an autosampler with more than 500 positions (SampleJet). Thr sensitivity range lies in between the two other instruments and is perfectly suited for metabolomics experminents The probe is tunable over a frequency range that enables observation of nuclei between 31P and 15N, which is an important addition. It is also highly suited for the analysis at different temperatures.

Agilent DD2 400 NMR spectrometer is used as general service instrument and delivers robust results for higher concentrated compound (> 3mM). It is used especially by the synthesis groups that control their starting materials and product formation. Also the natural product screening start with the analysis their to determine the purity and concentration of the target compound.
