The IPB doctoral students have recently elected their representatives for the term 2023-2024. Starting end of September, Jolina Marx, Milica Tomić, Ranjit Baral and Kiran Raj assumed their roles representing departments BPI, NWC, SZB, and MSV, respectively. For the next year, these representatives will serve as a voice of the IPB PhD student body and act as a point of contact for their peers. Their responsibilities also encompass collecting ideas and providing input on the course offers, as well as organizing social events. One big task that lies ahead for them will be to plan and execute the Plant Science Student Conference (PSSC) in the summer of 2024 at the IPB. We wish them great success in all their endeavors.
