More mindfulness in the workplace

On June 2, there was a lecture on the topic of mindfulness at the IPB initiated by the Health Circle. In her presentation, physiotherapist and mindfulness trainer Kareen Koos provided information about nutrition, exercise, sleep, self-actualization, resilience and self-mindfulness as supporting pillars of health and well-being. These are increasingly seen as critical success factors for companies and institutions. A first step towards prevention has hereby been taken; further and more in-depth events on increasing mindfulness in everyday working life will follow.
