Master students from Bonn visit the institute

On June 1, students of agricultural sciences from the University of Bonn visited us to learn about current research projects and doctoral conditions at IPB. The group of about 20 students first received several lectures on the institute in general and on selected projects of the Department Biochemistry of Plant Interactions, presented by department head Tina Romeis and postdoc Jessica Erickson. Afterwards, there was a guided tour of our outdoor facilities, greenhouses and laboratories. The future masters of agricultural sciences eagerly discussed and overall showed great interest and open-mindedness.
