Traceless tosylhydrazone‐based triazole formation is readily achieved by reacting primary amines with functional α,α‐dichlorotosylhydrozones under ambient conditions. This fast and efficient alternative affords exclusively 1,4‐substituted triazole “click products” with complete retention of configuration.
