Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is organized on the collegial principle and consists of the four scientific directors and the administrative director. One of the scientific directors is appointed by the Foundation Council to act as a Managing Director for a period of 5 years. The managing director and the administrative director form the institute's Board of Management as a part of the Board of Directors. The Board of Management represents judicially and extrajudicially the IPB.
